We are so proud of our Dioramas. They were all our own creations and Mrs R just had to do as she was told and operate the glue gun!
What a neat way to spend a wet day.
Drew, Ben, Ethan I and Ethan D proudly display their finished products.
Ben was a Diorama making expert. What a creative scene he created.
We are a class of year 3 and 4 students from Woodleigh School in Taranaki New Zealand.

Guinea Pigs Visit Room 14
Thank you Julianne for bringing your fabulous Guinea Pigs along to Room 14. They are super cute indeed and so well behaved. You must be a great owner to raise such friendly pets.
We have had a turtle and guinea pigs this week. I wonder what next?
Thanks again. If you want to learn more about guinea pigs, here is a great web site to go to.

SO PROUD!
Mrs R is just so proud of the way you are all working so hard. You are trying hard to produce quality work, to use all your time wisely to finish work and taking on extra responsibility to be helpful.
Room 14 you rock!

Sunset Art
We are creating Sunset pictures looking towards the Sugar Loaf Islands from the Port. They look great so far.
Museum Time
We took a trip to the Museum and learnt about Maunga Taranaki and its life as a volcano. Here we are taking part in some of the activities.
Ordering the Volcanoes from youngest to oldest.
Spot on Boys - you got it right. Do you still remember the order now?
Emma labels the volcano diagram. Great job buddy!
Jahrome uses play dough to demonstrate the parts of volcano. What a handsome smile. So clever.

Our Big Day Out!
New Plymouth Foreshore Walk 2013
Keegan, Ella, Simone and Alivia Lead the way.
What a great day out we had exploring the Foreshore and all the Places that make New Plymouth Unique. Here we are exploring the Len Lye Wind Wand. What a great place to do our school work. On the right you can see Jodie giving the Wind Wand a hug - Did you remember to make a wish Jodie?
We even got to stop at the Aquatic Centre for a swim and a rest. We walked about 6 Km. What a great challenge of us all. All the teachers were super proud of your efforts.

Nearly at the end! At the Big Wave Territory Sign that cost $80,000. It is really big. Our challenge now is to find out what all the places on the sign are! We have never heard of the Taranaki Violin or the Zombie Walk.
