The Martin Jet Pack

Today we read about the new Martin Jet Pack. We viewed the clip from 20 20 TV programme and we based out reading around the article. We learnt what a crash test dummy is and discussed possible uses for such an invention. Some suggestions were serious like Search and Rescue missions. Some were very inventive. For example "I would use my Jet pack to get myself out of Trouble." said one of our boys. Great idea. Lets just hope that the teachers don't have faster jet packs. Maybe Buzzlightyear had it right.
